How do you stop yourself from throwing up while reading?

When I was on my way out I remember looking at the readers' schedule to see what was the study article I was assigned to read...and a few times I switched with another reader because there was no way I could go through with reading something that I wouldn't agree with. I am not very good at keeping a straight face and I am sure everyone would see right through me. One or twice I couldn't switch and my heart started pounding as I stood up to read the paragraphs that contained the b.s. information. I swore to myself I would not ever go through this again.

Just refuse to read it or don't show up on that day, when faced with that when learning the TTATT, I REFUSED TO READ.
