I just totalled the amount of time I have spent going to meetings/
travelling to and attending assemblies, field service, etc etc, over my 60 years.
It came to nearly 4 years.

I must say, it's not just the hours spent at meetings and FS, remember the time spent winding down after the meetings when you talk about who did or said somthing unkind. Also the stress of seeing others getting away with things that you cant. Add 25% to that number....oye.

special pioneers @ 150 hours per month must have spent 65% of their waking time in "theocratic"=wt - ruled activities.
the rest not rest but just keeping the human alive, eating, scrubbing, mating.

Not only do I regret my lost childhood and youth spent in this religion, I wish I could have the evenings and sunny weekends back with my 2 little boys that was wasted with them wearing little suits sitting still in a windowless building listening to religious fanatic brainwash eachother.

In my old KH there were windows and the elders even counceled us on not looking out of the windows, being distracted and daydreaming during the meetings. They eventually sealed off the windows so we would pay more attention to the meetings. Yep- they have to keep everyone fully indocrinated!

How many weekends totally wasted after a hard week working because of all their crap, not to mention i bought my wife a newer mini van this spring because i have several kids and guess what vehicle is used most during mid week service by all the jw's, you guessed it.
