I guess if you can blame human evil on bad spirits, then you should blame human kindness on good spirits?

Not to disparage the act this guy did, but people can be kind. If we keep reacting as though it's outside our nature to be kind, perhaps it will become so.

I guess all the workers in behavioral health centers and emergency departments across the world are magical too.

What I got from listening to the video was the man thought it was "fate" that he was in the right spot at the right time. They just indicates he believes that God or His spirit or angels etc helped him be in the right spot. I actually believe the same things. Of course it was not an angel who saved her, it was a man, a good man who still cares about others and went out of his way to save another human being.

    Quote from the article:

What he does next is truly miraculous, he is just like an angel!

My point is this is not miraculous.

Being there in the 1st place is not miraculous. Bus drivers see a lot of stuff, as does anyone who drives around 40+ hrs a week.

His act is not miraculous. He intervened. Police officers, nurses, and counselors do this thousands of times a day across the globe--maybe more. Sometimes it's when they're in the right place at the right time. Why don't we call that a miracle? It's wonderful, not a miracle.

Responses posted under the article, attributing the act to angels:

I will forever be grateful to the guardian angel strangers who surrounded my son after he jumped off a freeway overpass in San Diego 2 years ago.

There are Angles among us and you are one Darnell Barton.

God works in mysterious ways and she needed an angel at that moment when God had you to send to help her. God bless your sweet heart, and may her days be sunny and bright now knowing she actually met her guardian angel in person.

    Truly a guardian angel

All praise to our Lord God who sends angels like you.

God bless you Darnell for being there for her and may many many other angels touch this lady's life and yours

I'm with you rebel. Maybe if people attributed more of this sort of thing to humanity, the world would be a better place.

I do attribute it to humanity, a very good man who went out of his way to help someone. I happen to also believe that people are sometimes in certain places for a reason. He was her angel that day.

I just choose to believe in a Creator and/or something bigger than myself.
