Why do I post this and think it could be the most hopeful development in the world currently?

There are some fringe opinions out there that I believe may be credible - in particular, the "Breakaway Group" theory of historian Richard Dolan which assert that parts of the US intelligence community know about some astounding technology - and are keeping it strictly secret.

Just suppose that we enter a world-wide period in which the whole edifice of secrecy collapses as whistleblowers surge forward into public view. Suppose this trend becomes so intense that the deepest, darkest secrets are revealed to the public.

Free energy? Anti gravity drives? Breaking up the clandestine forces that guide nations into war?

Maybe......I don't know.....but I'd like to know!

JWs too believe hopefully that the FDS/GB has some wunder weapons hidden. dont believe it.

Science as published and the future advancements is as good as it gets.

I agree with Prologos. I've met Richard Dolan and have talked with him after a lecture he gave recently.

I respect his scholarly approach but keep my distance because he is selling books and lectures and he has to always act like

there is more. As Art Bell would say: "Stay tuned because in the next hour we're going to hear from an eyewitness to some extraordinary things"

There is enough evidence already available that aliens are visiting this planet and that by the very nature of having arrived they have advanced technology that most likely make our carbon based

energy sources obsolete.

"keeping it strictly secret" Is the watchword for hucksters that want you coming back for more.

There have been NO alien abductions, face-to-face communications, UFO crashes, back engineering, cattle mutilations or any close encounters of the third kind.

The information we have is the information they want us to have. Basically they could visit without us knowing but they seem to want humans to be open to their capabilities. So we see them flying around

menacing nuclear facilities and playing games with military aircraft. That's it.

OK, I get the need to sell books. You can see that in David Wilcock's stuff, even though he comes up with some intriguing information.

but I still gotta go with stuff like the Ben Rich revelations....

If you catch one mouse in a trap in your house, what then do you know? (that you have multiple/more mice) If you see an iceberg with a tip sticking out of the water, what do you know? That there's a lot more under the surface....

I would discard deathbed confessions on the grounds that it is impossible to debrief them properly.

I would discard anonymous revelations for the same reason.

If you can't question a witness they aren't a witness about anything.

It's the same thing with religious claims from mystics that "hear the voice of God".

I believe the current evidence from people who aren't on their deathbed are a sufficient "tip of the iceberg".

But this doesn't mean that you believe everything people say. Instead it makes you open to the information that these aliens might want to reveal.

They will prove to be whatever they prove to be.

All that "the information THEY don't want you to know...." nonsense?

You DO realize that the media has a category referred to as "INFOTAINMENT", and it's an incredibly HUGE business in America? If you're listening, you're boosting their ratings, and that makes them very rich since although it's FREE to you to listen, the demographics they draw justifies charging ADVERTISERS huge sums of $$$ to gain access to their gullible listening audience.

There's alot of $$$ to be made by telling/selling a fantastic story, but don't fall for thinking any of it's actually true. It's "entertainment".

The JWs play to the same gullible sheeplike audience, only it's a Bible-based version of Art Bell's/Alex Jones stuff...

Why do you feel this need to know? If you REALLY wanted to be on the inside and know, get a PhD in physics, and work inside the research labs which are studying all of these things in order to profit from them.

I brought up Art Bell. I believe he's no longer on the air. So don't blame Metatron.

I know you're asking Metatron to clarify himself but I feel caught up in this too.

The need to know is a basic organismic need and that's why we have a system of sensory receptors.

There are levels of knowing. You don't need to know the deep theoretical or technical issues but there are levels that aid personal orientation.

If someone reports in a scientific journal that they have evidence of cold fusion and no one is able to refute it the natural question is why aren't companies

building this stuff. I don't personally believe there are any such practical inventions but it is natural to want to investigate rumors of such things.

I don't want to get into whole apologia about UFO's, etc.

However, I see two problems here as to general outlook on our world.

First, there is a strong hubris or conceit about JW's being fools or idiots in contrast to those of us 'who know the truth about the truth'. When someone gets enlightened, they say "wow, what was I thinking?" as if some magical process took away their reason for however many years it took to figure out that the 'truth' is silly nonsense. After that, they assure themselves that, "OK, I was stupid but NOW I've got it pretty much figured out".

To me, on reflection, it's not that simple. The whole world is drenched in deception of various kinds. Of these, politics is the most galling. Next time you tell yourself, 'those Witnesses sure are stupid', take a good hard look at the masses of blinded Obama supporters, including his fawning media. Then look at the other side and ask yourself "how can anyone think that Republicans care about average people?".

Have I ranted enough about that?

Secondly - and this needs some thought all by itself - if you agree that the world is largely owned by an elite 1% - if you really understand and accept that point- then you should be utterly skeptical about everything the mass media tells you, even science because this small percentage controls most of what you see and hear. How could it be otherwise given their concentration of wealth and power? They call the shots.

If you follow public opinion polls, you can observe a real awakening as people finally are realizing what a manipulated mess the world is. Example: The elite demand war with Syria ........ and Congressmen express surprize that voters are dead set against it. How can any sane person look at the thousands of lives lost and billions of dollars spent on a unneeded war with Iraq and not "wake up" to reality?

Yes, there are plenty of loudmouth people like Alex Jones and there is "infotainment" but consider the other side of the coin, first. Are the mainstream alternatives really trustworthy?

The coma of the post industrializing nations is so deep, the very powers that be must use these kinds of "news breaks" and shills like Alex Jones and others so that atleast 1 in 1000 people can know what is coming, and that can provide the needed resistance to aid martial containment, otherwise it would be like an invasion on sleeping cows if not for a few people in the masses clued in by the power that be to aid a little awareness of the reality unfolding, when it actually develops by accerated means.

Not that all of this is "enginered dissent", but that it must be "leaked" out to get the ball rolling, and it has been rolling since even before the internet web aid, but now is on "auto pilot" and aided by some top navigation "whistleblowers" who also create some very profitable cottage industries at the same time, like Y2K, all engineered to look like "truth" that cannot be hidden any longer, but is truth that can be hidden so successfully 99% of America and the EU are sleeping ducks, and it needs a horn blast from the castle itself to get the wake up call rolling in a very small percentage of those ducks.

Or else of course there would be no need for the national invasion by it's own "security" forces, so one will be provided, and probably catalyzed similar to the 911 overall "cause and effect" device, but at much larger scale, yet echoeing the same call to world invasion (GWOT continuation of world war in some unique form), and more internal security, but also at much larger scale globally now.

If some people were not outright told of this, they would never put it together, the coma devices of distraction are simply too effective. So, a reverse psychology education program is deployed under a veneer aided by first impressions and predictable linear thinking to direct this social current for even more divisive developments, and more internal confusions, even if less than a percent of the socieity, it ripples out in other ways as a gradation of awareness in many realms of national intrgues, like finance, security, GMO whistleblowing, and so on, etc, etc, etc, etc.

The world stage is like a magic act : deception and distraction. Hey, can't we come together and fix healthcare in the US? Oh, look at the cute kitties! Did you see that Kim Kardashian lost all that baby weight?

There are some amazing things happening in the world if you take the time to avoid the distracted mainstream media and its misdirective nonsense.

Example: While evidence emerged from Snowden of US rights evaporating....... the media was loaded with pictures and descriptions of Miley Cyrus.
