You can read what the bible says and form an opinion on your own. However, we are commanded not to judge, so it is best to refrain from passing judgment on anyone.....PERIOD.

STAUROS got it right:
EightScriptures reveal that everyone, whether dead or alive, will bejudged by Christ Jesus; Acts 10:42, Acts 17:31, Romans 14:9, 2 Cor. 5:10, 2 Tim. 4:1, 1 Pet. 4:5, Rev. 11:18 & 20:12.
As Paul said, " But why do you judge your brother? Or why do you also look down on your brother? For we shall all stand before the judgment seat of God."
Therefore, no human has the authority to condemn a fellow human being to permanent death!
The answer is no, it's not scriptural to make such a statement.
Most Jehovah's Witnesses have no idea what Armageddon is and how it figures in prophecy. In fact, I've never met a single JW who knows what the scriptures say about it. They know what the Watchtower says about Armageddon, but even the WT writers are clueless.
