Although the speaker is referring to coming out of the closet as gay, here's a good reminder for those fading, as the dynamic is the same (and a point she makes in the video about not comparing the difficulty to others).

Beautiful... and yes, very similar to being in the closet as a JW. I totally relate.
I always likened my transition from the watchtower to my current freedom as "coming out of the closet."
