The court document contains a facsimile copy of correspondence between Christian Congregation of Jehovah's Witnesses and the Body of Elders in the Menlo Park Congregation on pages 42 and 43.
Page 54 contains a facsimile copy of a letter re: an investigation conducted by the City of Menlo Park over a complaint of "fraud and embezzelment". The investigation found that "the current evidence received does not establish a substantial loss to any party and is insufficient to seek court process at this time."
Page 55 contains a facsimile copy of a letter issued by the Distrcit Attorney's Office in which the office "declines to undertake an investigation".
This new civil case addresses the concerns that the evidence "does not establish a substantial loss" by providing evidence of such financial loss.
