A creepily knowing overview of Jehovah's Witnesses, with the right mix of daft commentary and astute asides. The author knows more about the "workings" of the Watchtower Society than do most JWs or ex-JWs. One of the very best exposes of the religion I have ever read.

Some of it was a bit too daft and irrelevant to JWs (Jesus selling alcohol during the prohibition etc) but the bits that actually related to JWs were amusing. Liked the assembly hall joke.
