The Watchtower magazine of January 1, 1989 writes of Paul laying a foundation “that would be completed in our 20th century”. The bound version of that magazine, however, amended the words to “completed in our day”.

Just another false prophecy from the Gb...No big deal just add that date to:
1878, 1914, 1915, 1918, 1925, 1975 & new addition....2000
If God really guided the WT Corporation, would he allow them to prophecy falsely in his name? Why didn't God intervene and tell the GB to stop prophecying falsely? Why didn't God send an angel and stop the printing presses from printing lies in his name? Yet the rank & file are forced to believe and teach that God directs the GB.
