of course, I don't go to bed until 4:00 a.m., so I'm only getting my 8 hours.

Weekdays, TV turns on at 7:00AM so we can watch the first half hour of Good Morning America in bed. Then a quick shower at 7:30, leave the house at 8:00 and in the office by 8:30 or so.

Weekends, immediately turn off TV when it comes on and go back to sleep until 9:00AM or so.
