Sad. Very sad. I wonder if the elders tried to help in their "trained" way?
Too many if these tragic situations lately.
Hard to say at this point what made him snap.
But....
It's also hard to imagine that, somehow, his JW-ism had nothing to do with it.
Wow. I wonder what triggered that. Like was it a financial situation due to never getting higher education like the society says, etc.
Or did he get TTATT and shunning/losing his family made him snap, etc.
Sad and just ridiculous. It looks like being a member of the Watchtower religion doesn’t always bring all the joy and happiness that it’s made out to.
As tragic as this incident is, though, when you think of it, what would have happened if each of those four family members needed a life-saving blood transfusion? . . . . That’s right, the same effective outcome: four preventable deaths (assuming that the parents would actually go through with the blood policy). In one way or another, there is always some kind of collateral damage to the family in a cult like the WT.
