I have seen this done before, not by a SAD guy though, but the guy in question went back to being a full-on believer.
I don't think he really investigated anything in his time as an Infidel.
I hope this guy does.
I have an acquaintance who was brought up in the SAD's, she told me all the parallels to leaving the WT, shunning of some sort, her former friends told she had gone over to Satan's side, her husband divorced her etc
I wonder how difficult this guy may find things if he decides to leave totally.

Gday Phizzy, My family and I haven't been to the SDA church in over two years now but i keep up to date on whats going on.
We now attend an Anglican church it's just down the road from where we live.
