    *** w00 5/1 p. 17 par. 17 Hear What the Spirit Has to Say ***

As we establish a pattern of listening to ‘the word behind us’—as it is provided through the Scriptures and the faithful and discreet slave—and as we heed the reminders of our Bible-trained conscience, Jehovah will bless us with his spirit. The holy spirit will, in turn, enhance our ability to receive and understand what Jehovah tells us.

If that is not claiming to relay what Jehovahs says, I don't know what it.

Ugh. And not once did the article say what the spirit REALLY says, as quoted at Rev 22:17: "And the spirit and the bride keep on saying: “Come!” And let anyone hearing say: “Come!” And let anyone thirsting come; let anyone that wishes take life’s water free."

"we need to listen to ‘a word behind us,’ telling us which way to go. This "word" includes what God’s holy spirit says as expressed throughthe Bible and what Jehovah and Jesus say through those whom they have appointed as undershepherds." Watchtower Nov. 15, 2013

same old rhetoric the WT has been spewing for decades:

w81 12/1 p. 27 par. 4 The Path of the Righteous Does Keep Getting Brighter ***

4 No matter where we may live on earth, God’s Word continues to serve as a light to our path and a lamp to our roadway as to our conduct and beliefs. (Ps. 119:105) But Jehovah God has also provided his visible organization, his "faithful and discreet slave," made up of spirit-anointed ones, to help Christians in all nations to understand and apply properly the Bible in their lives. Unless we are in touch with this channel of communication that God is using, we will not progress along the road to life, no matter how much Bible reading we do.—Compare Acts 8:30-40.
