I was thinking today if anyone has ever tried this. Has any apostate ever sent a registered letter inviting the elders to a judicial committie, to state the reasons of why an apostate should remain as one of jehovahs witnesses. Perhaps the letter could read as follows.

    To the body of Elders

Just recently It has come to my attention that there are some very serious issues in the organisation, which has led me to believe that the organization isn't spirit appointed. These issues are (sex abuse, down sizing sell offs etc etc). This letter is here by inviting you to a meeting, where by we can discuss these concerns, and to assisting me in remaining as one of jehovahs witnesses. If satisfactory answers cannot be given, then I would like it to be announced that I have disfellowshiped the congregation, and insist that supporters of these concerns that I have never associate with me. Kind reguards your brother and fellow slave. The R&F.

Seriously though has anyone ever tried this approach. Its sort of working things in reverse. Out of all the posts I have read, I have never heard of this. Just something that crossed my mind.

You need to remove "Seriously. .." from you idea. It's their ball, their field, their rules. Your power is playing or not playing.

Don't be afraid of playing with their ball! Just have someone with you, a attorney would be great and tape record it. Believe me they won't bother you ever again!

The Pharisees' power, authority and control is illegitimate and an illusion.

Eventually some out of the box thinking like this will be their undoing.

Remember Martin Luther, almost 500 years ago, and how this one person permanently weakened the stranglehold of religion on society.

I would love to DF my JC, they are hypocrites and apostates of God and Jesus of the worst kind. Thst's why I don't call myself an apostate becuase I view my JC as bad men, doing bad things not in line with Jesus' loving guidance at Mat 7.12, the illustration of the prodigal son, the account of curing the leper, and many more.

They should be DF'd, nice idea soothes the soul to think about it.
