This story is absolutely nauseating.
I have said it before and I'll say it again. I am embarassed to have ever been associated with this group.
At least I now know the congregation - Willow Park, Calgary. In the late 80's, I was in Woodlands congregation. We shared the same hall.

The fact that the author of that post identifies "Bethany's" family members by name, including her mother's name, is a definite breach of the court order.
As you can see, even with what seems to be a minor breach, it's possible to identify the people involved.
The father has had to be careful because any breach of this nature can cost him big bucks in terms of fines. Someone should definitely notify Shunned Father and get the WTS's ass kicked for this. They've been playing dirty pool with him, dragging him into court for frivolous motions just to run up his legal costs, and it would serve them right to get a taste of their own medicine.
