According to the English press this morning Mr Phillips the head of the mormon church has been summoned to appear in court on the fraud act of 2006 which prohibits false representation being made that causes someone to loose money.
" This has been a very seriouse matter that has been looked at with extreme detail" prosecutors comment.
Its interesting that the act is from 2006 and amoung other charges is the authentisity of the book.....

It seems to violate Freedom of Religion. The Church of England has a muddled, bloody history.

Interesting stuff. It may result anyway in an Arrest Warrant being issued for Mr Monson if representations on his behalf are not successful.
He will then be in the same position as former Pope Benedict, who has to skulk within the bounds of the Vatican or be arrested.
Monson cannot claim Immunity as a national Leader can he ? so where will he skulk ?
