1 John 4:1) Beloved ones, do not believe every inspired expression, but test the inspired expressions to see whether they originate with God, because many false prophets have gone forth into the world.
If someone were alive in John’s day, could they “test” an inspired expression?
Could they “test” an expression if it weren’t “inspired”?
Are the Governing Body...... “inspired”?
Can we “test” them?
Brothers. Are we not happyfied that the Governing Body ran all the test for us ?

of course the FADS/GB can be tested by what they express.
When The current FADS was appointed (1919), the message was:
"The World HAS ended, Millions now living will never die" (proclaimers book page 426).
The then sole F&D servant was inspired to express THAT in word and print.
solid ground for appointment, solid ground for a test.
The religious leaders of the Jehovah's Witnesses have worked very hard over the years
to produce tangible evidence of thier test. can you say

I seem to remember a GB member at the last annual meeting saying that JWs do not need to test whether their religion is right because they know it's right. The arrogance! The hypocrisy!
