  There are many parallels that can be made. I was particularly struck with, "Try blue, it's the new red," and how in an instant the Witnesses can change from one form of thinking to another.

  My main thought, however, was the way a short sharp shock disconnected two of these people from the mainframe. Perhaps that is what is needed in the Kingdom Hall. Brave souls who make a bold statement contradicting what is said at the meeting - as the meeting is in progress. Of course, it wouldn't be tolerated for long, but it might shock one or two out of their torpor.

  A clever video ! a parable for our times.

  Your idea Rory, a bold statement whilst the Meeting is in progress, is not without merit, but it usuallt does not bear fruit for along time, and the perpetrator may only get the chance to do it once. The Elders Aposta-Radar works too well !

  If you look in the Archive here you will see a post by Little Toe where he did just as you describe, I think there is a recording of the end of his P.T where he did it.

  I know as well that way back years ago in Ireland a number who had woken up did a similar thing. It planted seeds I believe. But did not prompt even a small walk-out immediately.
