Looking at the March OKM, is the it-1 referring to insight to the scriptures?

I have been able to find the remainder of the books on the JW site, just can not locate the IT-1 publication, may not be available for download, any help is appreciated!

Nope, most current information though parts are obsolete...no replacement or revised edition. This replaced the Aid to Bible Understanding book.

This must be what I was thinking about.
I guess since there are sections which are very obviously not in line with current teachings is why reasoning is not available on jw.org as well

As a recent BOE letter suggested, text at jw.org may differ from what is in printed editions. So the on-line Insight can be easily edited and wether or not they will make some printed snapshots from it in the future is just a technical detail.
However, looking at the speed of the new kool-aid flow lately, I doubt they are going to print much encyclopedia-style books in the future. Just dull little snake-oil promotional style leaflets.
Cause have you ever seen a Herbalife/TupperWare/AloeVera encyclopedia? I haven't.
