So California 5.1 quake around 9 oclock. This one was a long one.

I felt it, happened during the meeting but it was more of a light shake. Everyone was looking around, surprised, not knowing what to do. Funny thing is that the brother on the platform had no idea what was going on or even felt it.

working now to stiffen all the walls in our house, I remember the swaying once in substandard we lived in.

was not felt up the coast. is it St. Andrea's fault?

come-on, more vibrations? getting tired of it, see new thread above.

Peologos - I worked as an architectural drafting technologist

and building designer, "stiff" is not what you want

    - what survives in earthquakes is moveable structures, with steel

    strapped post and beam connections.

No building can be "stiffer" than the lateral forces of earth movement.

Earthquake design codes have adequate allowance for movement.

Base plates need to be bolted to the foundation and all rods need to

yield, too stiff and they pull out. Make sure you have "Strongtie" plates

and post and beam connections, the building moves but does not come apart.

Rebar is added to concrete, because concrete is too stiff and cracks under

lateral movement, steel has tensile strength, meaning it bends, and then rights

itself, wood also bends, too stiff materials snap and break. Skyscapers have

'curtain walls' and moveable mullions and sway in an earthquake and right themselves.

I worked on high floors in NY skyscrapers. They move without earthquakes! Some friends worked even higher. You could feel the sway. Open doors shut. The Witnesses had me so afraid of earthquakes. It ruined California for me. How do you stay calm?

It is the curse caused by LIE-bles. Each time Israel doesn't get its way, and it is throughout this damnation book that joke-hova will punish them if they don't, something seems to go wrong. And the link is that LIE-ble--if you still have one of those damnation books, now might be the time to ruin it and get rid of it. Or, when it comes time for them to expand and that "New Jerusalem" so heavily promoted in Revelation comes with its communist government and they meet the slightest resistance, next time it could be even worse. And it is because the vatican placed a curse on us, using these damnation books.

Not to mention, most of these "disasters" that result from this curse are written in the LIE-ble as signs that this communist government is nigh. They mention earthquakes (which seem to be one of the major manifestations of this curse). LIE-bles created this curse, and when there is an earthquake, people adhere more to that LIE-ble because they are afraid that joke-hova's communist government is at hand. This in turn buffs the curse even worse. Just remember, that "new Jerusalem" so heavily promoted is a COMMUNIST government, and this LIE-ble is a way to ensure that any resistance will result in disasters from earthquakes to hurricanes to terror strikes to pandemics (real or fake) to whatever form it chooses to manifest. And remember, every LIE-ble in use makes it worse.
