Tablets and smart phones must be extremely useful for those that are bored at the meetings, which is probably most. I used to use that time to read the magazines until a brother called me on it, then I never read the magazine's again.
I remember being at an assembly and watching a pre-teen kid watch episodes of the Chappell show.
If you've ever been around David Chappell's humour, you gotta know that it is certainly not JW approved......
I used it to read parts of Crisis of Conscience.
I was ordering things from Amazon on mine a couple of weeks ago.
