Don't panic.
I was never christened as a baby. I have been going to my local Parish church for a while now. Really enjoying it.
Decided I'm going to get baptised into the Christian faith. THIS Sunday!!!!
I said to my Vicar, I have always accepted Jesus as Lord and loved God, so it's just a natural progression. It's not "confirmation", just an adult christening really.
I hope you can share my joy. It's also Easter Sunday, so makes it extra special.

After I was freed from the WT cult, and after having a spiritual
awakening of the consciousness raising or born again realization,
I attended several churches to discover what they taught and finally
I also felt the need to be baptized, and an older mature elder in the
Mennonite Church, baptized me in a lake, full immersion.

Easter baptisms are special. I was baptized and confirmed on the Saturday before Easter. Forget its liturgical name. It was part of a ceremony where they strip the altar, remove the cross, and extinguish the lanterns/lights. My bishop lost his place in the service when he baptized me. I can recall clearly after decades. My family attended the service.
