Thank you for the Beatles music. I spent time on you tube watching old interviews with them. It is nice to have someone else like them.

I spent the weekend in Central Park. Beautiful weather. Happy dogs. I used to spend a lot of time in parts of the park so I know the approximate locations of things. Once I was in the ballpark area, I stopped people who dressed and walked like native New Yorker to find the exact path. Every person I stopped was European. All from major cities. I made it to Strawberry Fields. A street performer was giving lectures about the assassination. I could do better in fifth grade. He even said the name of the murderer! There were no flowers or teenagers sitting in tribute. I was upset and asked him where the flowers and kids went. If my feet were not throbbing, I would have walked to a florist.
Europeans of all ages were lining up outside the Dakota, taking photos. The doorman interacted with them. I felt very bad that John Lennon loved New York so much and now commercial enterprises are cleaning up money from one of the saddest things to happen in NY. Yoko is making profit over items he would certainly condemn, no matter his mood.
I am thinking of challenging the street performer for the turf. The Parks Dept, should tell me whether you need a license of first arrival. He can project his voice more than I can.
I had lunch and walked through Strawberry Fields again. There were flowers and kids. The tourists are all smiles to see where he was shot. I get cramps in my stomach when I walk past. The sun was so nice after such a dreadful winter. My thyroid was low so I felt even worse. "Here Comes the Sun" kept going through my head.
