  Thanks for posting JHK ! although the C of Europe has no real teeth, it is agreat mover and shaker as regards opinion in Political circles, and eventually often manages to change both Law and Policy in member States.

  I particularly liked this bit " 8. The Assembly also calls on national parliaments to set up study groups on the protection of minors, in

  particular those belonging to religious minorities."
