Yeah.....Im going back too!
I was just asked a few days ago by a elder that is in the same trade I am in if I was still disfellowshipped. I said yes..at which he said.."why don't you come back"?
I said.."cuz I don't WANT to come back"
He said "why"
Ahh!!! I set it up so well!
I proceeded to tell him why and he suggested "I take all my questions to the Judicial Committee that DFed me.....and see what they say"
I have always wanted to do this! I just wonder how it would turn out?
Others experiences tell me it would be in vain.
I do feel some things that would be said, might make some think about some things and perhaps enlighten them on some things they never knew.
Don't know if I will ever do it.
I'll go back when hell freezes over, oh wait there is no hell.
Yeah, they can't seem to understand why I will have nothing to do with their organization.
When I start to explain what I don't like about them, their ApostoShields(TM) go up and they never hear a word I say.

I told them that I'll go back as soon as they can secure me a job in the Bethel department that deals with the UN Library card! Or, failing that, the department where they keep all those files detailing pedo cases!

LOL... When I first got out of the Navy the local P.O. got wind of me being back in town and came to invite me to come back. Nice of him as it was I got a nice laugh at the idea.

I could give them several responses:
1.What's to go back to?
2.I never left. They threw me out. Have them make the anouncement that i am a jw in good standing. heh heh
3.Go back like a dog to his vomit? A pig to the mud? A prisoner to his old cell? What would jesus think of me?

Judicial committees aren't there to answer questions, only ask them.
