That is why the WT is changing strategies and don't forget that the members are the ones who keep them alive.

Since witnesses will be reading the w&g it will have a guarenteed readership.
But it is possible that the wts will make one or both of them bi-monthly in time, even quarterly and use tracts on the non magazine months or just keep using the mags for several months.
