I left off my story here -

http://www.jehovahs-witness.net/jw/experiences/280040/1/My-Story#.U4EVu3W9KSM "About 3 weeks after my reinstatement announcement was read, some "Information" came to light, and the Elders discovered that i wasn't %100 honest in my last hearing.. Hmm I guess my reinstatement was invalid : ( They have those in the Elders. Book right? Needless to say.. I was given some more excellent advice "Stay away from her!"

They Disfellowshioped me for a 1 and a halfth time." Continued - My 1st and a halfeth DF lasted another 18 months (Apparently the 6 month minimum doesn't apply in round 1.5) Nothing really changed during my Secondish DF, but I was still Motivated to get Reinstated.. The significant discovery that I made while being DF'd is that the JW religion teaches that a DF'd person is Dead to god.. This is a very hurtful and dangerous false teaching, and I experienced it First Hand.

I was then "reformed" apparently and I was reinstated.. About 6 Weeks after my reinstatement, I married a sister that I had meet while not DF'd. (We Elloped) The next 8 years were filled with many "Organizational" blessings.. My wife pioneered for several years, and I was asked to be an MS.

A side note.. When I was DF'd I read some "Apostate" material, on Beth Sarim, and other Organizational Stories.. These stories really effected me.. And they scared me.. Every time I went to a meeting or read a Watchtower I had doubts, that I did not like.. When I was still a witness I would often refer to these types of things as "Poison".

In 2013, I found the JWleaks website.. I would go to this site to download, The Recent KM's.. I would also while on the site look at other Elders Letters, and Legal documentation.. Reading these types of things, really made me think twice about what I referred to as "poison"..

Over a 6 month period, I studied a lot, and I read a lot of 1800's Magazines. This helped me understand the BIG changes that have been made in Doctrine. I was really Touched by Brother Russel's writings regarding the Good News.. Once I read about the True Good News, there was no going back.

I read COC, and this further emphasized to me the fact that the ORG is just like any other false religion, and they are the same.. Matthew 23:27 - " "What sorrow awaits you teachers of religious law and you Pharisees. Hypocrites! For you are like whitewashed tombs--beautiful on the outside but filled on the inside with dead people's bones and all sorts of impurity."

Then I Brought my Decesion to my Wife... TBC

Teaching that a disfellowshipped person is dead to God is one of their most dangerous teachings in terms of our relationship with God. These are just men making their own decisions as to whether someone is sorry for breaking bible rules and in some cases, being difellowshipped for breaking only organizational rules.

It is not up to any man to say that we no longer have a relaitonship with God but in JW land this only promotes the idea that we need the organization to have God in our lives.

With your second disfellowshipping, was this because you were still 'sinning' during your first disfellowshipping or simply because you had not been totally honest during your first judicial committee?

No.. It's because I was sinning while I Was DF'd, but when I had my reinstatement hearing, I told them that I hD stopped sinning whlie Imwas DF'd.

Once I was reinstated, some details about my actions while DF'd got to the elders, and they DF'd me again.. I guess it was an invalid reinstatement.. Ha.

its all a Joke.. I guess now looking back at it.. I sub conscienssyessly understood that Lieng to a group of pretend judges about my life style, was better than continuing an immoral life..

I knew that if I had support of friends and family, it would be easier to stay moral.

I am very touched by your story, and hasitate to point out, Russell did not live in the 1800's

he was born in 1852 - died in 1916 (1852 is the 19th century) You might want to read

the book, which is only a history book, Adventism in America by Gary Land.

just knowing what the early Adventists believed will show you where Russell got his doctrines.

    http://www.amazon.com/Adventism-America-History-Gary-Land/dp/1883925193

If you see and actually obtain a book by Russell, you will see the cover has a pagan goddess

wings of an Egyptian goddess on the covers. Russell wrote a lot of books about Pyramids and

Egyptology which I am sure you realize is occult. I have old original Russel books.
