Their website provides snippets on progress in a section called FAST FACTS-WORLDWIDE...but for all the pizzaz, it's outdated. They give the worldwide memorial attendance for last year (19,241,252) - which was less than in 2011, but do not tell us the current year's worldwide attendance - even though it was almost 2 months ago. Doesn't that make the snippets SLOW FACTS-WORLDWIDE? Just wondering.... is it because attendance continues to slide?

these facts are for the 2013 sy from the 2014 yb. They won't be updated till the 2015 yb.

Yep, I know factdinder. It's the zippy titles on their website that imply the " fastest" very latest statistics when we know they sit on numbers for eons before officially releasing 'em.

And did you notice they removed the chart that mentioned how much literature was produced over the past ten years?
They print about 3 billion items a year now, perhaps they don't want the public to know that?

They also no longer give "fast facts" on worlwide baptisms because the overall trend is downwards.
