Some people will go to great lengths to get their auctions to stand out. Misuse of keywords, models wearing the item for sale while mostly naked or in provacative poses in the background, etc. I don't know if they're nuts, brilliant businesspeople, or both. Amusing though!

I just see a watch. I have seen examples of this on Etsy. There used to be a site called Regretsy that collected horrible, weird things found on Etsy along with comments. it was hilarious, I was constantly amazed at what people would do to sell something, nudity was the least of it. Sometimes the product was beyond weird, sometimes the photo was out of focus, or poorly done, it was pretty funny.
The watches have a pair of big black cocks on the dial, so nothing wrong with the description or title from where i sit.
What annoys me is (well several things actually) when they put "my old xyz tat NOT uber model blah blah blah" in the title so it gets more hits because the parts after the NOT are common search terms.
Also really annoying is searching for something or some category regularly like I do by distance from your area and some poxy local business always has literally 1000s of items listed that you have to wade thru in that category.
You guys have not seen people selling, say, an iPhone, pictured between 2 bare breasts? There's lots of that on eBay. It's against the rules, so they're shut down if discovered. But lots get posted initially.
LisaRose, I was a big Regretsy fan. It was hilarious. I was just looking at something on Etsy yesterday and I liked the item. If it was just a pic of the item, I might have bought it. But the item (a ceramic piece) was modeled by a woman who appeared to have not bathed or groomed herself in a long time. There were close-ups of her hands with filthy fingernails. I didn't buy it because of that.
Never seen anything like that in the US ebay.
