Interesting WTFREE. I always kind of wondered, So who would they go to if they were threatened? The police?
Sure, for child molesters, we know that the answer is "NO."
But for apostates who threaten them with violence, no call to the police? What would they even say?
"We threatened to destroy this guy's family for buying a lottery ticket/thinking differently from us/etc. , and now he wants to kill us!"?

That's probably work. The other, more sane, approach is to simply tell them that you'll be happy to show up at their little jucidial meeting WITH YOUR LAWYER because you want legal representation and you will be holding each and every one of the elders personally responsible for any- and everything they do in connection with you.
They'll call Bethel, Bethel Legal will tell them to drop it and that'll be the end of it.
You get to be the "big bad dude" without worrying about jail-time.

I was hacked on Facebook .....twice
I have PTSD from Watchower abuse. I do snap a couple times a yr . But I get 3-7 messages a day from people I've helped
I've recorded Watchtower Legal with my file on their desk
