Governing Body name change

  I was reading at FORO EXTJ a mention of a name change that's been in the works for months it seems.

  The WT at JW.org in Spanish is calling the Governing Body "consejo central" without capitalizing the name.

  Now compared to the English news item is there really a need to say "consejo central" in order to explain the term Cuerpo Gobernante?

  (AFAIK the term "Governing Body" is quite common in English. But the German translation ("Leitende Körperschaft") is used exclusively by JWs. There is no other "Governing Body" here except the "Governing Body of Jehovah's Witnesses." That may explain why they explain the term in some languages, while in other languages they don't.)
