    Moses is accepted as the writer of the first 5 books of the bible , some centuries ,(2000 years ? ) after the creation of Adam and Eve according to the bible , relating to events up till his time. { Why did Jehovah God wait 2000 + years to record this momentous event in history ? }

    Moses even had an encounter with the most high God on top of Mt.Sinai where he received the ten commandments . { On tablets of stone, not an alloy that would stand the test of time , Jehovah being an ultimate chemist could have done that .}

    And because he made some silly mistake , after all he was an imperfect human wasnt he ? he was banned from entering the promised land . { Is JAH a petty God ? just asking }

    .......

    Jesus , in his 33 years on planet earth never wrote anything down for us in this 21st century about the time of the end. nothing , zilch.

    In fact , Jesus never wrote anything down about anything , nothing at all . Why do you think that might be ?

    If Jehovah thought Jesus was the prophet of all prophets dont you think he would have given Jesus the ascendancy and not given 2nd & 3rd hand

    It is recorded in the bible that things jesus said was so numerous that you could not put it into a book , or words to that effect. { Bullshit }

    So what he did say was only for the ears of the people he addressed at that time and nobody else.?

    Jesus Christ is /was not a prophet the people who came after him made him such .

    The NT became a big seller in the Gentile world, in the Jewish world not so much...

    Good points Smiddy, but of course you are comparing the supposed merits of two fictional characters, a bit like comparing Superman to Spiderman.

    Despite the fact that both Moses and Jesus of Nazareth may have been real people in History, everything we read about them in the Bible is orally transmitted legend that got written down eventually. In other words, Fiction.

    From the miracles of Jesus to the story of the Exodus, all are "artfully contrived stories", ( 2 Peter 1v16). as artfully contrived as the book of 2nd Peter itself which pretends to be written by the Apostle Peter, in a deceitful way. ( it was most likely written around 110 C.E, long after the death of the Fisherman).

    'baptizing them in the name of the Father, and of the Son, and of the Holy Spirit' said no Jew ever....but certainly a nice Roman Bishop or two.

    Nicely put! I agree with you. What has been difficult for me to digest regarding Jesus was his miracles! Performing so many miracles (good this for the people) yet received virtually no response from the recipients. Even criminals come to risk their lives for their leader when he is in trouble. In the case of Jesus, virtually none of those millions who received miracles came forward to support him when he was being falsely being tried and put to death, nor to preach for him after his death—even Lazarus who received resurrection did not come forward. This situation can arise only if he has not performed such miracles. He may have been a good Guru, like any others who taught good things, and died like any of them!
