I have proof the elder molested two victims, can I make brochures and blanket his home and neighbors with his confession? He lives in a Mexican area (Gang Bangers who hate Chomos) with a high amount of Hispanic families, will this help expose him? The Elders have warned me to keep my mouth shut about his pedophila but this Pedophile keeps hanging around his victims and think's because he was saved by the Statue of Limitations, he's home free.

The Watchtower removed him not for pedophila, it was something really stupid and deflected to protect them.

Are you 100% sure that you KNOW all the facts? It's no small thing to accuse someone of being a chomo. If you REALLY KNOW the details and feel that he is still a threat to children then you need to do something. Don't be an accomplice to some gangs violent actions. Just tell the police and the local news.

If you want legal action against you for outing him in a print campaign go ahead. I assume there was no conviction or legal establishment of his guilt. If not then you are treading on some very shaky ground legally. I would warm the victims to keep thier distance and confidentially warn others who would appreciate it. Mothers talk ya know. Let them know the elders threatened you so they know how protected they really are and ask them to hold your name in confidence. Of course if the victiims dont want their identitys known keep thier confidence!

Is he stalking them in general, and in a legal way? Without bringing in the molesting issue, that could be used.

My father molested me and tried to keep in my life...I cut him off and took no calls (caller ID), correspondence, etc., from him. My husband tossed any mail and protected me from any ugly encounters. As children we have less ability to protect ourselves but as adults we must take a stand, gather people who will support us, and not worry about looking like the fake Christians jws expect you to.

In my case I have many law enforcement contacts, one unbeknownst to me visited my father and told him what would happen to my father if he did not back off. They probably don't have that resource.

But pursue a general stalking complaint, change congregations, don't let them in your house, have supporters that can come over and make you feel safer.

My last contact on phone from my father was because he had 2 "friends" call me and then put him on the phone. I hung up. Until he died some years ago, when he was in town my husband would monitor his whereabouts.

Harrassment and stalking NOW is not covered under the SOL (which is an ironic acronym) statutes. Encourage the victims to report such things. Don't get yourself into legal trouble for it, but that doesn't mean that you need to let a wrong go unpunished. You can also go to the local law enforceement office, describe the situation and ask their advice (or possibly the local prosecutor if they were involved in the SoL issue. They may be just as happy to get him for something.

The victims have options both criminal and civil. THEY or the parents need to contact the police and/or an attorney. If you are not the victim you can be supportive, perhaps report the matter, but your hands are tied.

I tried without success to have a rape of a young Spanish JW prosecuted. The mother and daughter REFUSED to cooperate with the police and speak to an attorney. The ministerial servant got away scott free with "private reproof".

Did he confess to the police, and/or does he have a criminal conviction for these crimes on his record?

If not, your plan sounds like a perfect way for you to get sued for libel.
