CONVENTION "WARFARE"

    On Saturday evening I prepared three little truthful statements regarding the "New Scrolls", and printed out several copies;

    1) The word 'New' does not appear in Revelation 20:12

    2) The scrolls are not "new teachings", they are a basis of judgement for those resurrected.

    3) The scrolls are opened AFTER Satan is destroyed - not during Christ's 1000 year reign!

On Sunday morning I deposited some in different toilet cubicles at the convention. However, as I was washing my hands, a "blinded" Witness who found one, then went into all the cubicles and removed each copy - then reported the fact to the toilet attendant.

He clearly had read the truths - but couldn't stomach the fact that the Bible contradicted his "Faithful" Slaves' teachings!

Dear misguided brother, read this - (Romans 1:25) "....even those who exchanged the truth of God for the lie and venerated and rendered sacred service to the creation (JW.ORG) rather than the One who created..."

P.S. I did "plant" elsewhere - and you never know where your seed will land!

Ha, I thought about you as soon as I saw this talk on the program! I took copious notes so I could study it later, as I haven't ever really looked into it, but I remembered it was a pet peeve of yours!

Searcher you are a brave man, unless you have a disfellowshipping wish. Are there not cameras everywhere ? the Uk is a world leader in this.

re point2: I always understood that the scrolls where not new teachings but the NEW RULES required in the New eternal world. like :

--Thou shalt not collect pennies, for if you do, only a second into eternity you will have hoarded all the copper in the universe, if not cosmos. --

If these scrolls (which must be written beforehand already btw) are opened in the post-millenium era, they must be referring to past events, past laws that would be showing up past conduct commendable or not. mostly not.

It would not be reasonable to have a surprise sprung on the poor souls to be judged, by having them realize ' building airplanes' for example- was a non-no.

-IF the things explained were written in chrobological order occurring as written.-

Perhaps John was like Daniel, he did not have clue as to what he was writing. not perhaps, surely.

    take care.

This may be off-topic...but all I could think of was some guys at work discussing what they did over the weekend, and some poor fool proudly announcing that he was The Toilet Attendant. Couldn't help but laugh, sorry!

then reported the fact to the toilet attendant.

LOL! I hope he had that as the little tag beneath his ID card.

"Brother Joe Pompous, Podunk Congregation, toilet attendant"
