Why would a God who watches over 'sparrows' and the 'fatherless child' allow 1,400 innocent childrens lives to be destroyed?

I am still trying to understand what happened but it appears a significant factor was race/religion.
The perpetrators were Pakistani/Muslim and the people who should have been investigating suspicions were afraid of being called racist...

This kind of grooming, sex offending has been reported in the UK before, like a judge letting one perpetrator off free, because he did not know it was an offense in his new home country.
Perhaps the social class sytem is to blame? is there an underclass, not only in Ferguson MO? How could Police consider their own race young girls unworthy of protection? and

No not at all. Political correctness may be partly to blame.
Many Pakistani men have a view of women and of sexual violence that is beneath the contempt of civilised society. Everybody was afraid to say so.

cofty, but the news story said that the authorities that should have acted held the victims in contempt, or words to that effect.
Still no word that the perpetrators will be hunted down, dealt with.? one by one if necessary to remain politically correct.
If WTBTS can be blamed for it's share of offenders why can not --the BIG TIME criminal groups with several magnitudes greater damage caused-- be exposed?

This is just so nasty. I have no words. If fear of "racism" (really, what view of pakistanis is implied for that fear to make sense?) is involved that should be considered criminal neglect.
