This would seem to be a very poor time to be defending religions like the JWs against the clear evidence that they don't handle molestation incidents in any way that could be considered moral or responsible.

Yikes! Don't say that. You'll just make JW's think more prophesy is unfolding (thus proving Jehovah is true and Satan a liar).
