Please Help with Public Talk Outlines

Does anyone know where I can find and download the four volumes containing the public talk outlines?
I tried searching the forum but all links found are dead.

Man, I really want to get a look at these but for some reason i cant download them. Is there any other way I could get these please?

I entered the key just fine and started downloading easy enough but the download is taking so long and now its showing an error and trying to reconnect. I logged into my account had the files imported but still cant open them I dunno. Can someone email me the file or possibly provide another link please thank you :)
