On a Monday about two months ago, I mailed my DA letter to my congo and emailed a link to an "apostate" website to a bunch of JW's. I am wondering if there was any way they could have DF'd me without contacting me. They would much rather DF then allow you to DA, especially when apostasy is involved. No honorable way out...

nope, no phone call, nothing. I think they're afraid. The congo I was involved with was pretty messy, I think the elders there were hanging from the bottom rung as it was. I had a couple of phone conversations with one of them before I left. I expressed to him how sick I was of conventions and assemblies and meetings where all you ever hear is the "are you doing all you can?" mantra. He didn't have much to say about it, almost as if he agreed...
