You can change your haircolor, your style of dress, your job or even your home address but that doesn’t necessarily mean that your life will change. It will be different in some ways, no doubt, but will it be better? In many cases, won't it really be the same?
Changing the external without changing the internal won’t create the kind of results in life that you want.
