I don't know where it is. Maybe an Eldub has it, or can download it? I have heard it read once, and it's insane. I realize there are laws of the land, but the GB telling the R&F that they are merely followers who must obey the ecclesiastical authority of the GB, like an oath, was weird.

So, did your cong. hear it as a revision to your cong's by-laws?

(The ones here have all had their by-laws changed.)
