I think we all have some time a weaker moment and miss the times we were regular witness.

To admit, I have some of these moments a year.

For these moments I have this point "I can't accect being part of

a religious organisation that structural apeals child abuse cases".

Then I'm finished with the moment.

    The path is narrow.

I couldn't accept being part of an organisation which implements nonsensical man-made-laws which have resulted in the abuse of thousands of children (2 witness rule & cover-ups), the deaths of thousands of people (no blood policy), and the breaking-up of families (shunning)

Hmmm, sorry Gorby but I have ZERO of those moments. I don't miss it and am extremely pleased to be out. But it may be the strong personal feelings about their desire to protect child rapists that makes it so easy for me.

The whole organization is a big lie, a fraud to me.

    And I don't like liars.

From the secretive money trails, the manipulative publications, the protection of child molesters, and exploitation of congregation members this religion is just a big fraud IMHO. I would love to get my hands on their accounting and do a forensic investigation.

Ah, life was so simple then! I knew all of the answers to all of the important questions. I was of service to my fellow man because I was out in service sharing the key to everlasting life. I was clay in the hands of our Great Creator and trying to come to grips with my own imperfection.

i was conned and deluded, but I miss it sometimes, too.

I am glad to be out. Always.

The fact that my JW friends won't/can't say anything to me says it all.
