  Well, blow me down, the "Dateline" journalist, John Larson,
  at the very beginning of the show, expressed the bottomline:

  "That most everyone watching this show tonight,
  are considered in the eyes of jehovah's Witnesses as "Satan's Spawn",
  and are slated to be DESTROYED!"
  (paraphrased)

  And then he puts up this lovely piece of Watchtower "Art" on screen

  Just what we've been saying all along...

  This Larson dude went even further and let Bowen correctly call
  the organization for what it is - "A Pedophile's Paradise".

  John Larson is my new best friend.

  but "flattered" in really not the way I felt when I saw those pics.

  I was thinking more of the poor people being FLATTENED in those pics,
  and how John Larson had the guts to say so, and that now more people
  know just HOW the WATCHTOWERKULT REALLY VIEWS THEM...

  Years of KultKrimeFighting, and tonite, just a little payoff and satisfaction, that at least a part of the WT's Dark Underbelly got more than exposed.

  They couldn't have picked better ones to show either to bring the point home. After this show, the non-Witness watchers are left thinking the next Witness at thier door could very well be a child molester, and the WatchTower Society KNOWS it, and left knowing that the Witnesses think of them as dead meat and Devil's spawn. Add that to the very obvious injustice done to the children especially the young ladies shown, and the tape of the Society legal eagle saying "Just walk away, don't get yourself in a jam over it" or words to that effect and I think you have a near perfect expose. I thought Erica and Bill did a great job of telling a true story in a belivable way. The young lady with the tatoos broke my heart saying she had tried to become UNattractive. What these people have done to kids is beyond any equitable punishment. They aren't good enough to have anything as bad happen to them. Thanks to all of you involved in the film.

  another High(low)light to me about this Dateline piece,
  was how PERFECTLY they demonstrated the Twisted Reasoning of the jWs
  and how they Twist the Bible to realize their Twisted Dream-
  the part
  where incredulous Larson asks Bowen about the "application" of the
  scripture in 1st Timothy where 'Two Witnesses have to be present'
  before a charge can be leveled (and stick) to a Watchtower Elder
  who molests a child...
  and
  people watching will think - "THAT is an example of how jehovah's Witnesses read and apply the Bible and then call themselves the
  only true Christians... MY ASS!"

  I was quite surprised (and very pleased) that they showed those pictures.

  Non-JWs only get to see the happy, happy Paradise pictures as a general rule. You have to be fairly involved in the cult in order the "enjoy" the more graphic depictions of "Christian love".

  Should be interesting.
