I recently heard from someone that the elders received a letter stating it was being deleted from the stream site. Is this true? Any one heard of such a thing?

Sounds like a rumor. I don't think it was ever on the tv.jw.org. If they removed it I doubt they would send a letter. It would just disappear.

I don't believe it was ever intended to put up the zone meeting on Tv jw org. The audience was told not to record it and to not even share personal notes with anyone, they would have announced then that it would be available on line at a later stage.
