  How can I start a new topic on the active topic titles? New topic does not appear on my site.

  Panhandlegirl, you need to be in a specific category to have the New Topic display above. For instance, right now I could start a new topic under Technical Support because we are IN the Technical Support category.

  If you go to the Home page, you can click on the category name you wish to post under and then you'll see New Topic displayed in the blue bar up top.

  The active topics is a list of topics from all areas based on the last post made.

  If you start a topic in the most appropriate area then it will automatically appear in 'active' as people reply.
