It seems it is possible to get some financial statements from some countries.

It's interesting seeing how they must report in what way they are a charity. Many spin doctoring and word games to make it appear they are doing charitable things.

Also interesting was how the trustees were consenting to reducing the reserves and sending them to another country, probably WT usa it looks like. And the note how transferring millions and the goal to further be transferring millions is in the best interest of the organization.

    This is all during 2012.

Here in the UK the Charity Commission publishes the accounts of all charities. The one shown above is Watch Tower Society of Britain (1077961).

You really need to read this in conjunction with the International Bible Students Association (216647).

All congregations and Assembly Halls are likewise listed, however remember the data is only as reliable as the numbers that are submitted by the WT/congregations/AH's etc.

Thanks, here is an International bible students assocation statement.... https://jwleaks.files.wordpress.com/2012/07/ibsa-2010-0000216647_ac_20100831_e_c.pdf

There could definitely be some money laundering going on. What is interesting is how both IBSA and WT claim to have free volunteers and how in this statement it talks about WT 'purchasing' literature from them and them 'purchasing' literature from the WT as well as providing services to WT from conventions and such and vice versa.

That's 2 major parts but if the WT's dozens of companies are all charging eachother back and forth, then that can make expenses that don't really exist and imagine if the charges are not actual cost but inflated.

Look at the wording of this one as well about the so called benefit. No wonder WT pushes all of this preaching and distributing their literature, since NOTHING else is done, no help for it's members or other poor, that it MUST show growth, like a for profit company and expansion.

On JW Leaks there is published a comprehensive list of financial statements and other documents relating to Watchtower Britain and IBSA, as well as other Watchtower charities operating out of Britain.

I just noticed another interesting thing..... any members of the board of directors MUST be an elder and if they are removed or leave being an elder, they are removed from board of directors for any of these other companies that are WT related, like IBSA. The WT recently made a change that elders are not longer appointed by elders in the KH but it's all appointed by the CO or based on WT/Bethel right?? This means that WT/GB have full control of all the companies. If elders were appointed by other elders, etc, and they were on the board and they felt WT was getting very shady, they can just remove them as elders, they are kicked off board of directors with these recent changes.

Also it was changed to let the trustees get the same benefits as any full time member. (meaning if they were an elder, working, etc, just being a trustee for an annual meeting, etc, they get free housing and all the perks for having the title)
