So if I'm understanding this, the WTS wanted a Judicial Review to stall the Charity Commission's actions of forcing the WTS/cong to produce their records...and they lost. Is this correct?

Thanks, Gerry, just wanted to be sure I was reading that right. I love that the courts and judges in other countries seem concerned about the WTS' mishandling of pedophile cases. I only wish that they cared that much here in the US....so of course, I'm wondering if green handshakes are involved.
It seems that the US press would be all over the sex abuse coverups in the WTS, as they are so fond of parading those of the Catholic church, yet it's all very hush-hush here.
