"My Husband's Not Gay" a special airing on January 11 follows a group of Mormon men who say they are happily married and attracted to their wives but are attracted to men also . . . . Whhaaaaattt !!!!
First of all don't Mormons look down on the gay lifestyle, and they also shun members like JWs do.
Well, all I can say is I'm waiting for JW version of this show, if they're featuring Mormons, the Dubs must be next !

IIRC they don't even call it homosexuality. They call it same-sex attraction to minimize the belief that one must act upon one's sexuality.
Oh my...this really hits home with me! I have a friend who is currently JW but is flamingly gay and it's known by all (especially since our gay sex we had got me DF'd)! LOL~ He also has a few mormon friends that he talks with about religion and all. Even my sister who is DF'd is a mormon now.
There was an Elder here who was extraordinarily homosexual. He was married however and had a child. The CO loved him and so did many. He was moved around the circuit to help struggling halls. I knew him outside the hall and realized he was a self righteous arrogant douche and that he was very very gay (not that there is anything wrong with that). Soon after he had his child it came out he had been having an affair with some guy. He said he told his wife coldly "I never loved you. I only married because I wanted a kid". He left her and the religion.
So much for holy spirit apointing Elders

But of course later on, the "truth" always came out about whay they really died from, you know how Jah's happy people like to share every little tidbit of info they learn about someone, as long as it's not about them.
