assembly on week end means no week meeting before.even if CO is coming This week, there Will only meetings for field circus.

That allows them to fill half of the Assm Program with the TMS crap and not have to select Elders to prepare talks that have to be screened and rehearsed and might say something stupid.
Remember............the real purpose of Cir Assms is to use the Assm Hall and charge the circuit an outrageous about for "rental fees" that day so a sh!tload of cash can be sent to WTS.
