Every time I see an old "prophecy" that wasn't fulfilled it helps reinforce that I have made the right decision. Now here is one even as recent as 1984!!

Deu 18:22 when a prophet speaks in the name of the LORD, if the word does not come to pass or come true, that is a word which the LORD has not spoken; the prophet has spoken it presumptuously, you need not be afraid of him.

There is no doubtthat the WTS have called Jehovah a liar. This blasphemy comes straight from the pages of The Watchtower in a study article:

"Such self-willed ones do not have an understanding. They do not recognize that the Lord is directing his work, that the Lord Jesus at the temple has his own way of doing things, and that he transmits to his anointed ones the necessary information, and if the instructions sent out are wrong, then the responsibility is to the Lord and not to the local service committee." May 15, 1937 page 153, paragraph 31
