A russian girl won the MISS UNVERSE in Puerto Rico last wednesday.
The girl from Israel was left behind, Puerto Rico failed miserablly to have a MISS UNIVERSE for the fourth time.
They already had their share of them, (the first one 30 years ago)lets move on. It is turn for Russia... they are cooperating now you know.
